, which gave the impatient children something to do before the curtain went up. ***The Show*** The show started bang on time and when the curtain was raised we could see the four members of the team dressed up in farm style clothing. Cilla was dressed as a milkmaid, Artie as a farm hand, Gary as a scarecrow and Kevin as a farmer. We were then told that Old MacDonald, the owner of the farm we were visiting, was off to market for the day and he had asked us all to help run the farm and do a list of jobs for him whilst he was away. Old MacDonald then appeared on the stage riding a wooden stick horse. Once he was away there was a mad dash to complete all the tasks and this was done with the help of songs along the way. Review of Singing Kettle - Old MacDonald's Farm Tour

Like Old MacDonalds farm, only better!

Advantages: Get face to face with UK native and exotic animals
Disadvantages: A little bit on the pricey side

exhausted by the fifth turn! It took them about 20 seconds to get up there, and the sound of their hooves had drawn a huge crowd by the time they did. They then scoffed the food in about 2 seconds and set off back down the slope. However, the crowd had by that time figured out what to do, and started sending bucket after bucket of food up the mountain. We stood watching for a while as the goats rushed up and down the mountain, and then realised that we?d been watching for almost 30 minutes! A quick stop in the gift shop (the usual gift shop type wares like various stuffed animals, badges, fudge?etc?all reasonably priced) and we were off. VALUE FOR MONEY: At first I was a bit put off by the price, which was £13.00 for two adults, plus £1.20 for the four bags of food. A farming set of puzzles

I work in a school and this is one of the puzzle sets we have. When it was harvest time this was a topical puzzle to have out. This is a set of 4 farmyard puzzles from Orchard toys. This puzzle set is presented in a box not a tin. This is a rectangular box with the pictures of each of the puzzles on it One puzzle is of a tractor, this has 4 pieces, another puzzle is two cows this has 6 pieces; the next puzzle has 8 pieces its 3 sheep. The last puzzle is 4 hens in a 12 piece puzzle. In the corner of each puzzle there is a number which relates to the number of animals in the picture. The pictures are bright and attractive. The animals look friendly. There are other clues to numbers in the pictures such as 3 rocks in the sheep picture and 4 eggs in the hen picture. These puzzles are each 18cm by 18 cm.
