I bet you anything that all of you have been awaiting the arrival of this review, okay maybe not all of you considering some of you are new to my reviews and don't know a lot about the house rules and also about my other reviews. As many of you already know, I have reviewed "Lilo & Stitch" and "Stitch the Movie", if you have not already read those reviews I am asking you to do so now, otherwise you may not understand some of the things I'm writing about, however maybe you will!
I am very disappointed! Okay maybe not with the film overall, as you are quite aware, because of the obvious 5 star rating! I am not disappointed with the film, I'm disappointed that I have one more DVD to watch until I say goodbye to stitch forever. This is not a good thing, even though I have said goodbye to Gizmo (check me review on "Gremlins"), but that's not the point! I have to go to a Disney shop sometime soon to GET a key ring of stitch, I have to or I will try not to watch the last DVD. Although, I have heard rumours about "Lilo & Stitch 4/5" but likely that's ever going to happen.
The director of this very fun family film happens to be... This film is extremely lucky, it actually has 2 directors; there is Michael LeBash who has only ever directed this brilliant film; however he is a writer as well. And then there’s Anthony Leondis, now I doubt it you've heard of this director however he is known for directing this film and one other big hit, well okay big hit in my opinion, which is Igor. I loved the film Igor, and Anthony also wrote it as well so I was easily please when I found out he directed this film as well. I presume he likes directing animation, though I don't really see how that works, but still... Anthony is a director to look out for in the future, well in my opinion. I doubt you'll be seeing Michael at all!
The voice list is shown below (minus the unknown and minor voices) Dakota Fanning as Lilo Tia Carrere as Nani Chris Sanders as Stitch Kevin McDonald as Agent Pleakley David Ogden Stiers as Jumba Jason Scott Lee as David the Lifeguard
This is the only film Dakota Fanning filled in as Lilo, because the original actress, who plays Lilo, was busy doing the series and therefore asked her friend to fill in.
I don't want to write up any actors/actresses profiles as they are not needed for this film considering it is animation and therefore there would be no point in talking about the way in which their voices represented the characters as it'll be stupid and will not only waste my time but yours as well
This film follows on from "Lilo & Stitch". Many people reckon that "Stitch! The Movie" happens to be the second film in the series; however it is not as Stitch! The Movie happens to be a TV Movie for the series and therefore is not at all relevant to this film series. This film it centred more around the friendship of Lilo & Stitch, only stitch is suffering from some sort of disorder and Lilo just thinks he's being naughty and mean to everyone because he is bored or he just wants to. Lilo ends up hating him and I feel soooooooo sorry for Stitch, he could come to my house any day! Anyway it's up to Jumba to save the day, as he realises that Stitch was not complete when he was made and therefore Stitch is going out of control, is it possible for him to be saved?
This film attached me to the seat, I'm totally in love with stitch and really want him as my pet, but I was really upset for him with his "Glitches" and I didn't want him to die (GOD I can be such a child when I want to be hee, hee). Anyway this film is brilliant, you must watch it!
My favourite character is obviously stitch, and you should have known that already. I love the way he talks and he always makes me laugh! He's cute and everyone must like him as much as I do, surely! I am very good at imitating his voice and especially when he says: "Lilo" as I can imitate his voice perfectly, and I wouldn't mind being the voice for him in the upcoming film (if there will be one) but I presume that that role would be taken by the person who plays him!
There are special features. I obviously didn't watch them, for the reason I never watch them, but if I was given the chance I would still say no as they do not sound like special features for teens, more like special features for younger people! Here’s the list: Bonus Short - The Origin of Stitch Interactive Set-Top Games - Where's Pleakley? & Jumba's Experiment Profiler Music & More - Jump 5 Music Video
I obviously wouldn't watch these special features. However I still advise you to watch this fun family film, and I do hope you will leave a comment, as I enjoy reading them, and your ratings are very much appreciated as well! Thank you so much for reading!
Advantages: funny and good to watch Disadvantages: it touches your heart
...dangerous ato be kept around lilo and the rest but luckily lilo revives him but 626 shuts down for a brief mineute and then you will fell a pain in your heart becuase it is so upseting but in the end lilo's love brings him back to life prroving that love is more powerful than death. there are also some dvd extras like the origan of stitch and that shows you how stitch was made and for what purpose and then you see most of his cousiouns, there is ...
