I've seen this film twice so far (god bless free preview tickets given on the web!) and the second time I got up at 7am on a Sunday and drove 50 miles to see it - that's how good it is.
Lilo is a little girl with family problems who is allowed to adopt a puppy from a dog shelter. She picks Stitch who is actually an evil creation from another planet programmed to distroy. The film is based on what happens to them both, to a background of Elvis songs (don't worry the Gareth one isn't in the film).
This film will appeal to young and old, male and female. It really is fab - and in cinema's near you from 4th October! I'll be going to see it again, and again!

Advantages: Kids will like it, Elvis soundtrack, ocassional funny moment, 'cute' if you like that kind of thing Disadvantages: Lazy, lazy production. Disney morals(again), no surprises, not a classic Disney movie by any stretch of the imagination
Advantages: lovely quality of drawn animation, positive messages, realistic body forms and facial feautres Disadvantages: some of the extras could have been left off without harm
Advantages: Great soundtrack from Elvis, Original characters and nice family plot line Disadvantages: Its mad that the characters actually believe Stitch is a dog when he is clearly an alien!!
