Unfortunately, his violent behaviour costs Nani her job. Stitch initially attempts to escape the island but finds that it is impossible because he is afraid of the water, and cannot swim since his body is too dense. Stitch resigns himself to stay with Lilo when he spots that he is being watched by Jumba and Galactic Agent Pleakley, who have been assigned to recapture Stitch without being detected by humans in exchange for Jumba's freedom ...

This movie is Disneys 41st animated classic and was brought out around 2002.
This is a really great and quite a funny flm and loved by most kids in my oppinion it was one of disneys best creation and as the film is set in hawaii there is plenty of surfing and hula dancing.
This story is about The power of loyalty,freindshipand family with legendary music from Elivis Presley,the film is fast paced and fun filled.
The movie is all about a lonley little girl named Lilo and she adopts what she thinks is an innocent little puppy but actually turns out to be a dangerous genetic experiment that has escaped from an alien planet with very bad manners and she calls him stitch.
Stitches only interest in Lilo is to use her as a human shield against the alien bounty hunters that are trying to catch him by firing ray guns at him.

I didn't think there would be another animated film as good as Shrek..how wrong was I!
Lilo and Stitch is an incredibly emotive film, exactly my kind of film. I liked the creative settings, the alien scene is very imaginative. Hawaii is portrayed very beautifully, with its vivid exotic forests and ocean views. I liked the Elvis soundtrack, it made me feel like dancing.
It made me laugh so ...

DVD Description
Far, far away, on an alien planet, a rogue scientist named Jumba (voiced by David Ogden Stiers) has created a bright blue creature called Experiment 626 (Chris Sanders), through illegal genetic research. This new creature loves destruction and chaos; he's considered dangerous enough to be exiled to a deep space lockup. But 626 steals a spaceship and escapes, touching down in Hawaii, where he ends up in a dog pound. He's adopted by Lilo (Daveigh Chase), a spunky young girl, who renames her new pet Stitch.<BR>Stitch turns out to be quite a handful--his destructive impulses are on full display as he trashes Lilo's house, among other naughty acts. Lilo is being raised by her older sister Nani (Tia Carrere), since their parents died in an accident, and they are under surveillance by an evil social worker, Cobra Bubbles (Ving Rhames), who wants to take Lilo away from Nani. Lilo must tame Stitch, or his bad behavior could be held against Nani by Cobra. Meanwhile, Stitch is being pursued by his creator Jumba, who has followed him to Earth to try to recapture him. But Stitch becomes steadily more thoughtful and well-behaved as he grows to love Lilo and becomes a part of her family. The film's animation is done in the traditional 2-D style, complete with beautifully drawn watercolour backgrounds which give it a dreamy, colourful handcrafted appeal.
