------------------------------------------------------ THE STORY ------------------------------------------------------
Elle Woods is dumped by her boyfriend Warner huntington III before he starts at Harvard law school, he dreams of being a senator one day and dumps her sensitively by saying "I need a Jackie, Not a Marylin," effectively he is dumping her for being blonde. Elle decides that the only way to win Warner back is to follow him to Harvard, so she applies and is accepted to their law program. Once she gets there she discovers that Warner is engaged to another girl, Vivian Kensington, so Elle must try and convince Warner that she, and not Vivian, is the girl for him.

------------------------------------------------------ WHAT I THOUGHT OF THE EXTRAS ------------------------------------------------------
My favourite extra on any DVD is the Directors commentary and its even more intersting when there is more than one person doing the commentary, i liked this feature because it was nice listening to all three of them ecplain the different ways in which each of them interpreted each of the scenes.
Deleted scenes are another favourite of mine, its always interesting to find out what happened to the parts that you may of seen in the Teaser Trailer but what never materialised on screen. Most times a scene is cut due to time restrictions, other times it is to make sure that the film doesn't get too high a rating at the cinema.
I've never really been a fan of music videos on a DVD but on this i liked it because i loved the song so much, as i work in a cinema i saw this trailer many times before the film was released and me and my friends found the song growing on us the more we heard it.
Of course its got the obligatory Trailer and TV spots (The kind of extras that appear on nearly every Dvd released nowadays) which round of the DVD nicely.
The only thing that i feel is missing from the extras list is Outtakes; on a comedy film like this you usally get some fairly good outtakes but none as far as the eye can see on this DVD release.

This looks like another film I might add to my watchinglist but some how I excpect it to be kind of stupid funny but I am not sure, will have to watch and see.
thanx.

Good review, but what doesn't come out of it is how riotously funny the film is. I laughed nonstop right through.
