Advantages: interesting insight into the career of a footballing legend
Disadvantages: long and boring

...matt le tissier had a long, amazing career. he graced the shirts off many football teams including southampton and england. he was one of the most exciting strikers of his era scoring some magnificent goals. these are the highlight of the DVD and give the veiwer hour after hour of pleasure to watch. also there are words of wisdom from the man himself and an indepth look at his career and mostly his goals. i really enjoyed this DVD and it is a must see for football fans of all ages. i would not reccomend this film to people who are not interested in football. a good DVD for young players to learn from his professionalism. MATT LE TISSIER IS A FOOTBALLING LEGEND WHO HAS SCORED HUNDRRDS OF GOALS IN TOP CLASS FOOTBALL. Advantages: Length, good footage captured, great for those who were there

...They say you either love it or hate it. Le Mans, that is. Well I was there in June 2005, watching this race. I was also there in June 2004, and June 2003, and...... OK, OK, so I'm a Le Mans nut. 2005 was my 20th consecutive visit to Le Mans - every year since 1986. And I run my own website for my photos too.... And I moderate a sportscar website.... So, I guess I have reasonable credentials for reviewing the DVD. The annual Le Mans highlights/review DVD was maded by Duke Marketing, a famous purveyor of motor racing (and other) videos and DVDs. The DVD has an excellent running time of 135 minutes, not quite up to the 24 hours itself, but it covers the full event, from the technical scrutineering of the cars and driver (!) which takes place during the week before the race, through... Advantages: dramatic recount of dog fights
Disadvantages: none for me

...AIR BATTLES OF WORLD WAR TWO This DVD is another great documentation from battles fought in world war 2. This DVD features some dramatic dog fights over Britain, fought between British and German pilots during the Battle of Britain. And the Japanese Zeros versus the American Hellcats and corsairs over the pacific. And the USAAF raid on the ploesti oilfields in Romania. The DVD contains an Interactive menu, scene selection, previews on other war files titles. Having had family who fought in WWII it fascinates me to see the kinds of things that they had to go through. It is great being able to learn more about our history, as during my whole time in school all of our history studies revolved around Russia and Germany. Which even then just did not seem to make sense to me. And so I embarked on my journey of learning about it on my own... Read review
