Advantages: Flexible time duration, fun, interesting and you can't get bored.
Disadvantages: No seperate videos of the cool down and warm up.

...After Christmas every year, I end up buying a fitness DVD and this year I was looking at all the ones available and Dance Floor Workout Vol 1 appealed to me more than any of the ones involving ex/current soapstars that probably don't even do that workout to stay at that size. From the packaging alone, DFW1 appealed because the music covers a wide range from multiple decades - Danni Minogue, Sugababes and Sister Sledge to mention a few. Upon opening the DVD, other artists included are En Vogue, East 17 and Candi Staton. The other reason why from the cover alone it appealed was because it was not boasting of how to get to a size 8/10 or how it changes your life. Advantages: distracts the children
Disadvantages: not funny, humour very simple and mostly slapstick or toilet houmour.

...', 'The Fly', 'Artful Bean', 'Mime Games' and 'Spring Clean' where Bean makes housework very hard work. Painful to sit through and I've not watched it since. The comedy is obviously aimed at little kids, most of it being stupidly simple, slapstick, or distasteful toilet humour. This wasn't the original Mr Bean's style and although having Teddy as a main charcter, it still doesn't appeal to me. COST: £9.99 PLACE OF PURCHASE: Blockbuster CERTIFICATE: U NUMBER OF DISCS: 1 Overall I can only give a 3 star rating, it's not suitable for adult viewing, or I might say judging by the children I've spoken to, anyone over the age of 7.
