Advantages: a real feel good film with excellent songs and great acting
Disadvantages: a bit of a tear-jerker and at nearly 3 hours it's quite lengthy to sit through

Happily though, Kal Ho Naa Ho (KHNH) manages to stay faithful to time honored elements of the Bollywood tradition while at the same time achieving funny dialogue, a stellar soundtrack, and overall decent performances.
