Johnny Mnemonic - Starring Keanu Reeves - with a memory chip inside of his skull. This film made me stop and think about the growing trend of technology towards bio tech integration. It's already happening just look at the medical advances in the news. Anyway, I found this film to be very entertaining and I felt sorry for the character having to give up his childhood memories in order to have the memory storage chip installed. The plot was also good as there was a strong desperation story line in there. Man's ability to overcome the odds, and win in the nick of time. I would love to own this film on DVD but it hasn't been released on this format yet. When it is I shall definatley be buying it as soon as I see it on the shelves. If you haven't seen this film yet, I recommend that you do so as soon as possible. Keanu Reeves in a great film.
