Four years after The Child, I've run out of excuses as to why some bits are still about as firm as a jelly, so I decided to buy myself three (apparently) different workout DVDs to tone myself up a bit. So, far, I have only received Wayne's Workout and Rosemary Conley's Ultimate Workout, to which I will draw a few comparisons during this review.

The main menu of the DVD gives the following options...
Play All:
Fairly self explanatory, though you may prefer not to use this option after the first run as the introduction is a little drawn out.
Workouts:
Take your pick from Warm Up, Isolation of the Body, The Plié, Boogie, Tums, Bums, Legs, Arms, Backs, Dance Routine. Starting from one will continue to play the rest after it, and not return you to the menu.
Interview with Wayne:

agree with this.
There are no extra features on the DVD which we have, this is not great loss to me as I am not into watching them anyway. We paid around the £5 mark for our DVD on EBay so do shop around for a good price.
I am going to recommend this film as it does have a good story, great acting and it does not star JohnWayne! ...

Wayne's World is a comedy starring Mike Myers and Dana Carvey and is inspired by the "Wayne's World" skits that Myers and Carvey used to do on "Saturday Night Live".
Myers and Carvey play Wayne and Garth, two slacker friends who run a TV show out of Wayne's parents' house, which Wayne still lives at. They mainly just sit around and talk about the two main things that interest them, music and women. They are both big heavy metal fans, and spend a lot of their time partying. The show is quite popular, even though it's only on public cable. It catches the eye of Ben Kane (Rob Lowe), a slimy TV executive who offers Wayne and Garth a deal to be on his TV network in Chicago and to be sponsored by Noah Vanderhoff (Brian Doyle-Murray). Meanwhile, Wayne falls in love with Cassandra, a female singer with a rock n' roll band. Unbeknownst to him ...
