I actually really loved this film, even though it is a cheap imitation of Mean Girls, i still think the film is rather good.
Typical highschool setting with the blonde, the hippy, the token black girl and the jock. told from the perspective of Kate, played by brittney snow, the story is about getting revenge on the school team captain/womaniser. John Tucker (Jesse Metcalfe - Desperate housewives star 'Jon') is your typical Jock who is basically a mirror image of Regina George from Mean girls.
the four girls annoyed that JT can date more than one girl and get away with it by lying and sweet talking them decide to pull a few what can be called pranks on him- yet he somehow manages to pick himself up and wash his hands clean from each situation (very unlikely).
the acting was good, though the fact they used Metcalfe to play the role of a 16 year old i found hilarious, considering he is almost in his mid 30's, it still didn't bring down the quality of the film.
Penn Badgely from Gossip Girl, even with his frizzy hair, i found to be delectable in his role of the "other tucker".
Not too happy with the rating of the film, as the amount of tmes they use the word 'slut' and 'whore' and talk about STD's is a little too much for 12 year olds.
of course we have the moral message at the end of the film and we are somehow supposed to believe that four girls single handely instilled a conscience in a highschool jock who'd only ever thought of himself....yea right..
