John Jacobs - Dr Golf (Box Set)

Disadvantages: Lengthy video with alot of points to understand

...Well, the Leadbetter Box Set is comprised of three DVD's, it guides you through each aspect of the golf swing, explaining the swing plain in very good length. The main focus of this DVD is promote a better understanding of the good and bad points of the average golfers' swing. It then starts to build a solid foundation on a professionals golf swing introducing new swing drills for the golf course, such as the L to L drill. Overall, as an avid golfer myself of reasonable handicap I found this to be very helpful as a introduction to the aspects of golf. David Leadbetter is famous for his teaching skill and really shows how golf should be played. I found this very intresting and both very helpful in the process to building a good golf swing and playing better golf. A must buy for me.... Read review

Advantages: Hilarious
Disadvantages: Too funny, not serious enough as a golf advice DVD

...John Jacobs - the golf genius - unfortunately this DVD isn't as genius. When I first watched this DVD, I was eagerly anticipating some helpful tips to improve my game...however, I was too busy in fits of laughter to take it seriously. When you place this DVD in your DVD player, the first thing that greets you is a hilarious into scene, depicting classic upper-class sports such as boules, horse polo and randomers driving golf caddies around the idyllic resort. Of course, there is also some classic cheezy music to accompany the scene. So, once you've got over the laughter, a celebrity gives the spoken introduction....the celebrity being Sean Connery! Yes, it really is as bad as it sounds. So....once you've reached the actual advice part, you've got your fingers crossed, hoping that John is going to sort out all your golfing worries... Advantages: Great era spanning story.
Disadvantages: No explanation of what happened to Allie Keys when shw was taken back with the aliens.

...begins to have a relationship with John and soon becomes the mother of his child. A few years pass and we meet the second generations of each family. We soon meet Owen Crawford again who sets his sights on the young Jacob Clarke he soon finds out how bad a decision this is when Jacob demonstrates his 'gifts passed on from his father and makes Owen See his death. Jacob later goes in hiding with his brother and sister (tom and Becky) to keep out of the sights of Owen who needs him to pilot the grays spacecraft.Jacob meets Carol who becomes hiswife and give birth to his daughter Lisa who does not possess the powers. We soon meet Jesse keys who also finds himself taken by the grays. He soon becomes traumatized by the events and begins to take drugs to blockish memories out.
