unaffected by fame and his astonishing achievements in the world game. When he announced recently his retirement from international rugby, Wales's most capped player left behind an incredible legacy, not least his record as the top points scorer in test rugby, the first man to break the magical thousand points barrier. This official programme tells the story of 'the Ginger Monster' the boy who, by grit, determination and talent clambered to the very pinnacle of the game. It tells how he had to overcome prejudice and the critics to prove he deserved his place among the all-time Welsh greats. It includes memorable action from his career with Pontypridd, Wales and the British Lions in South Africa in 1997, which to many was his crowning glory. With extensive interviews with the man himself and contributions from among others Phil Bennett, Jonathan Davies, Rob Howley, Scott Gibbs and Jonny Wilkinson, 'Jenks' is an affectionate tribute to a player who is held in such affection. He is still one of the boys, but he is also a true sporting hero

Advantages: Some good moments of suspense. Good scene setting. Disadvantages: Lost it's story to some daft horror scenes.
...***I Am Legend***
This film is a kind of disaster movie; but not in the usual pattern that I was expecting. I enjoy watching end of the world type scenario's like The Day After Tomorrow or Independence Day - big action films, when humanity pulls together to save the world. However, although the film does centre on disease killing off the population, here the similarity ends.
The 15 certificate is a clue that this is not family entertainment and the film is a lot darker than the aforementioned films.
The main hero of the piece is played by Will Smith as Robert Neville who appears to be the sole survivor in New York of a plague that has rapidly killed off the inhabitants of the city.
The film follows his search for other possible survivors; a search that takes years rather than weeks. Robert Neville is also a scientist (as luck...

Advantages: A chance to see John Lennon again Disadvantages: We can't have him back
...Lennon and McCartney were immense influences on my life and on the lives of millions of fans and musicians. This review is about ?Lennon Legend? ? a DVD of songs and footage of John and Yoko way back when we were all a lot younger and the gods of rock were the real deal.
The fashion icons, John and Yoko start off the DVD seen from behind as they walk through a misty lane, up a drive to the door of a mansion. They walk in silence as the first verse of Imagine starts playing. Then they disappear into thin air and we are inside the house with John playing in a white room, with white furniture, as Yoko goes around the white walls letting light in at the white-shuttered windows. If you?ve not heard this song before ? and this seems barely conceivable ? it holds a wish for peace and a world with no wars, religious hatred, and Nationalistic...
