Jamie is entusiastic, positive and exciting to watch when you see his passion for food. The DVD is split into different sections and chapters so that you can rewind or fastforward to the recipy you want. There are recipies for different occasions using a variety of ingredients, styles and cooking techniques. The food is simple and easy to follow and is great to use along side if you try out the recipies so you can create your Pukka Tukka as Jamie creates his. The only disadvantage is that some of the ingredients are a little harder to get hold of in the run of the mill supermarket although readily available in specialist shops.
