Right well i love this workout dvd, its alot of fun and very laid back, the dvd consists of 3 sectors 1 : warm up 2: dance routines 3: cool down, There are 5 tracks that you dance to on this dvd which are as follows: Kiss Kiss (Holly Valance), AM to PM (Christina Milian) , Buggin' (Trusteppers feat. Dane Bowers), Get UR Freak On (Missy Elliot), and When You Look At Me (Christina Milian).
All these tracks are great tunes which really get you in the mood to get down and get fit.
The studio that the dvd was filmed in also helps the atmosphere as it is a very laid back casual theme, a bit street like so nothing formal, just as the backing dancers ( 4 men) are dressed in casual street wear and the same goes for jade, there is no silly itsy bitsy lycra in this workout ladys and gents.
All the dance routines are really fun and were choreographed by fame academys kevin adams, the only objection i have is that at times the dance routines are a little hard to follow as the camera angle changes quite alot but as time goes on it gets easier and they do repeat moves in slow motion so eventually it all comes together and you know it like the back of your hand.
A great dvd where you are kept smiling all the way through by the laughs of jade goody and her dancers in there relaxed atmosphere.
The running time for this dvd is 55min which is is made up of 3 sections
The warm up which lasts 10min, the dance workout which lasts for 30 mins and the cool down& toning which lasts 5mins, you also have added bonus features on the dvd which are 'behind the scenes features and an interview with jade herself.
