I hope everyone will be gentle with me as I venture into unchartered waters and attempt my first movie review.I have picked this particular film for a couple of reasons.Firstly despite the extream nature of the film,it holds special interest to me as I have an unusaul (some even say warped) and brash sense of humour.Secondly, and you may consider it a cop out, because the film has ittle artistic, and no in depth content.A film critic I am not,nor a great understander of technical merits when it comes to films.I like what I like, and other than the inclusion of an outstanding acort/actress or two I usually view for entertainments sake, pure and simple.

So,what is this movie all about?
For those of you who may not of encountered the Jackass series, this film is basically made up of a group of dudes (men),doing totally daft and outrageous things. The aim of which I am unsure except to the point of doing the most outrageous things they can possibly find to do,hopefully each one bigger or better than the last, and to incorperate the publics rections in nmany of their stunts.Add this to their aparent need to amuse themselves in wierd and wacky ways and you have the whole plot laid out before you.I use the word "plot" in the loosest possible terms as there is no story line, just an on going saga of the sublimely rediculous and totally stupenous shinnanigans.

Jackasses,the group of mates.
Johnny Knoxville heads his gang of loony mates in their bid for manic entertainment. The usual clan are enrolled in the movie and make up the highly entertaining and contraversial cast,as listed below -
Johnny Knoxville Bam Margera Steve-O Ryan Dunn Jason 'WeeMan' Acuna Chris Pontius Dave England Ehren McGhehey Preston Lacy Brandon DiCamillo
With the additonal list for Cameos -
Henry Rollins Tony Hawk Spike Jonez Matt Hoffman Phil Margera

Let me in on the antics.
Does a bungee wedgy sound painful or just daft? It was both,as grown men leap from trees in underpants firmly attatched to bungee cords, but not nearly so painful as the electrodes they cheerfully attatched to their testicles..OUCH!! Moving on from the days of stapling jackass signs to their naked asses, these prize group of entertaining prawns now diversify into stunts such as firing roackets attacthed to their dangly bits, making and then consuming yellow snow cones, closely followed by the return appearance of said cones.Make up artists age these dudes into old men who then cause havoc in their electric wheel chairs outon the roads, stunning and bermusing an unsuspecting pulic. There are so many loony tune stunts that I couldn't and wouldn't want to spoil your fun by listing them all.Surfice to say that this crew manage to acheive all the rediculess, stupid, funny, manic and sometimes down right revolting stunts you could possibly dream up.

Verdict.
Assuming you have a bizzar string to your sense of humour,a very strong stomach(it can get pretty gross),and you have 1 hour and 21 minutes spare, this could be the movie for you.For me it apittamises many of the the daft things I'd love to have the bottle to do with a heap of stunts I'd never want or have the bottle for.All in all it was the most I have ever laughed at a film, and I'll be re watching it in the very near future, but and it is a big butt (excuse the pun),if you don't like exhabitionism or stupidity and you are a bit sqeemish the pass on this one. It's alove it or hate it film through and thorugh.
