can choose between a man or a woman. The exercises range from dead easy to really hard and whilst some of them yyou can use the balance board for and it will monitor how well you are doing, others can only be done on the floor which is a bit weird because you don't know if your weight is distributed properly to know if you are doing it right.
Muscle exercises.
This is the same as the yoga but you are toning certain areas of your body from your abs to your legs. All of the exercises need to be done whilst standing on the board and it will show you a box with a circle init and your aim is to do the exercose whilst remaining in the circle.
Aerobic exercises.
This is probably my favourite out of all the areas. You can participate in running, hula hoop, boxing and more. Whilst most of the games are done on the balance board the running ...

We were planning to visit Pompeii but finding a decent hotel close by was as easy as excavating these ancient ruins with a teaspoon. So Naplesit was.
The Holiday Inn looked perfect for our needs - on the edge of the city towards Pompei and easy access from the autostrade. When I say easy access, I mean 'in theory'...on a map...in my wildest dreams etc. The Holiday Inn is situated in a modern development of high-rise offices and commercial properties called Centro Direzionale directly connected to a link road from the A1 autostrade.
