Advantages: Cheaper than a course, can do it in your own home.
Disadvantages: A lot to take in.

Seeing as the day school would have been £25, I considered this a bargain. From reading the back of the video cover, I could see that it would be all that I needed to learn the art of Indian Head Massage. The video is presented by Jill Russell who is a fully qualified therapist and she specialises in massage. It has a soundtrack of relaxing sounds from New World Music. There is also a warning that you should have no serious injuries before undertaking Indian Head Massage, and if in doubt you should consult your doctor. ...This DVD is superb. As a qualified Thai Massage Therapist I have used this DVD to refresh my skills and knowledge. I have also recommended it to my students, as it is visually clear and well shot, with an emphasis on safe practice and working within your clients' physical limitations. It is also methodical and flowing in its approach, mirroring the wonderful flow Thai Massage. The background information, such as benefits and contraindications are also useful reminders for students and are accessible and pitched at an appropriate level. Even the odd editing and sound glitch "fits" with the style of the DVD, making it stand apart from all the polished celebrity yoga and pilates DVD's currently available to us. Advantages: wrestling at its highest standard
Disadvantages: more matches would of been nice

...This ppv event was broadcasted way back in 2000 when the WWF now WWE was cutting edge professional wrestling. The event featured excellent matches Kurt Angel vs. TBA (Tazz) This match open up the event in Madison square garden with the then undefeated Kurt Angle taking on the hardcore ECW wrestler Tazz. The match is what can be expected for a opener, there is extremely good technical wrestling from both wrestlers and the match ends in a controversial manner. The swimsuit competition This is a treat for any male, the hottest girls of the WWF wearing very little clothes. A word of advice though fast forward when Mae Young comes out. Triple threat match for the intercontinental championship. Chyna vs. Y2J vs. Hardcore Holly. This interesting storyline involving the three participants is somewhat hard to evaluate albeit the match... Read review
