An absolutely brilliant movie. This is an excellent good old warm hearted film, about a young man, Jake, who is attempting to travel back home after being stranded in the desert. He takes various trips across trains and car journeys from strangers to try and reach his girlfriend, who is in the hands of the school womaniser, Eddie. Eddie is a jerk and thankfully she does’nt take any of it. After finding her, he promptly looses here after he tells her the only reason for getting home is because his dad will give him the family Porsche. A lovely, light-hearted film that anyone will find a joy. Enjoy!

Jake (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) is a college student whose friends strand him in the middle of the desert wearing a Santa Claus suit. Jake has to make it home by Christmas in order to get the new car his father has promised him, and to find his girlfriend. Jake's trip becomes a cross-country odyssey as he learns the true meaning of Christmas along the way.
