This movie star will smith one of the top film stars around. The movie was released in the united kingdom on the 6th August 2004.
Plot..
It is the year 2035, in a world where robots are now common assistants for their human owners. 'Robotophoebic' police Detective Del Spooner played by Will Smith (Hitch) investigates the murder of Dr. Alfred Lanning (James Cromwell) designer of the robots at U.S Robotics based in Chicargo. Robot Sonny, (Alan Tudyk) is found 'hiding' at the scene of the crime where Lanning was murdered. Spooner takes this action into account and suggests Sonny killed Lanning. But surely a robot cant violate the three laws of robotics. Right? This is apperently 'impossible', because if robots can break those laws, there's nothing to stop them from taking over the world!
Set in the future 2035 where robots have been created with 3 rules.
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. 2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
I would recommend this movie as it is action packed and a great watch, you'll know if you've seen any of will smiths other films.

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD features. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good?
