So I'm going to say something very controversial - I didn't like this movie. I saw Shaun of the Dead at the cinema and thought it was OK, but this I just did not get. Granted, I watched this one with my friends in the comfort of my own living room and I guess there may be some truth in the concept that it may well have benefited from the 'big screen' but I just didn't enjoy it. I found myself allienated by the humour and asking questions like 'why would you do that?' and 'why is this funny?' which I am pretty sure was not the intention of the cast or crew.
The only redeeming feature of this film was one quick quip which made me laugh. Obviously I wont ruin it for you but if you can put your hand on your heart and say that you have nothing better to do than wait for two hours for one line worth a snigger then give it a go but to be honest, I think life is too short for this movie!
