This film has a certificate rating of 15; this is because it has very strong language and there is some strong violence, although this is comical violence it is still quite bloody and strong. The running time of the film is 120 minutes and it is said that they made it exactly 120 minutes intentionally. It is set in London and is all about jealous colleagues who conspire to get a top London cop (Pegg) transferred to a small London town and paired with a partner that dose not have a clue what he is doing (Frost). Nicholas Angel is that good at his job that he just makes everyone else look bad!
On the job the pair stumble upon many suspicious events. For a while during the film the worst kind of crimes you will see will be shoplifter and under age drinking.
As a grisly and wired accidents rocks the village, Angel is more than convinced that sandford is not as quite as it seems as there are a lot of accidental deaths start to happen during the middle of the film, and as the intrigue deepens, Danny dreams of explosive, high-octane, car chasing, gun fighting, all-out action seems more and more likely to happen.
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are just so funny in this film this has to be one of the best films that will get bought out in 2007. No films could possible be better than this. When it was first released it was a must see and cinemas were sold out everywhere. In fact I am quite amazed if you havent heard of this film.
This film is really good value for money and if you like a good laugh then this film is for you. This is the kind of film where if you buy it you will never get bored of watching it. This film is weird, random, but truly magnificent and should be seen by all. I would rate this film 10/10 with 5 stars, its definitely a must see film.
