I absolutely loved this film, it was a true horror story that was well acted by a young cast. This film had some of the most brutal death scenes i have even witnessed in a horror movie and is just as much disturbing as it is terrifying. I definately reccommend this movie to horror ...

The THING !!

Advantages: Very Scary and Bloody
Disadvantages: Nothing

Advantages: Some excellent scenes that aren't likely to leave you any time soon.
Disadvantages: An unsatisfactory ending - even by horror film standards!

A horror movie with an intelligent story

Advantages: The acting and emotions show by the two sister is remarkable
Disadvantages: Obviously not for children view as it includes some hair raising scenes too.

A Chilling Classic Reminding You That Anything Can Happen...

Advantages: Colours are richer and crisper, the music is truely UNIQUE!
Disadvantages: storyline is basic but typical of that era, movie is short lived
