Have a flashback scene, a summer camp in the 1950's, some people get killed. Have a graphic saying present day (1 saying it was 1980 might have helped?) A guy is trying to get an old summer kids camp started up. His various staff get killed one by one, starting with the cook. We get down to 1 girl left and this is nearly 2 hours into the movie then the plot is finally explained. "Oh, I'm Mrs Voorhees. Jason's mum. Jason died by ... ...and this has WHAT to do with a bunch of people starting up the same camp 30 yrs later, exactly? They didn't kill him! Mrs. Voorhees tries to kill the last girl alive & generally shows she's a mental psycho b**ch. Then the girl manages to cut ther head off. Fake ending with c**p and predictable scare. Real ending with girl going on about dead boy thinking he's alive.
Now how did they get 1 sequel out of that ending? The film is utter garbage. Possibly ...

Advantages: Furry little monkeys. Awww! Disadvantages: Dreadful script, poor acting, naff plot, NO CANNIBALS!
Cannibal Holocaust is one of the most reviled and infamous horror films of all time. Exploitative, violent, disturbingly gory and morally rather decrepit, it is one of THE original video nasties. A fact that is not so widely known, however, is that the film has a sequel. The 1988 release of Cannibal Holocaust 2 has gone almost completely unnoticed by fans and press alike and now languishes in the annals of dubious online DVD rental companies, keen ... ...indeed, Cannibal Holocaust 2 could (and were it possible should) be prosecuted under the Trade Description Act given that a) it seems rather bereft of cannibals and b) there isn't a holocaust in sight. Step up folks for what is without a doubt one of the most disappointing films of all time.
