...personally own the trilogy of blood which has the next two sequels to this movie, and I think anyone who actually enjoys this film should consider grabbing the other two in the series ("Two Thousand Maniacs" and "Color Me Blood Red"). cheap, cheesy classic

HG Lewis' Blood Feast is a an early sixties camp gore classic. The acting is wooden, the dialogue truly terrible, and the music relaint on a kettle drum being bashed very slowly. It's also legendary as the first color splatter film, lensed in 'gushing blood color' no less. The plot concerns one Fuad Ramses, a weirdo with greasepaint eyebrows, who stares a lot and rants about his beloved godess ishtar, who resembles a store front dummy sprayed gold. ...
