I watched this movie for the first time last week, and to be honest supernatural stories tend to be unrealistic to me, and therefore i thought i would not enjoy it. However, this movie had some excellent moments and was generally believable. I was gripped by the storyline, even more so as it is based on true events. Demonic forces?

Advantages: Interesting story, lots of extras
Disadvantages: Not that gripping, average performances

30 Days of Night: derivative but passable vamp pic

Advantages: Action-packed and a few surprises along the way
Disadvantages: Highly derivative, very flat characterisation

Hunted in the jungle

Advantages: Starts off strongly
Disadvantages: Second half hard to follow

Sailing takes me away, to where I've always heard it could be...

Advantages: Better than the Director's previous efforts
Disadvantages: Not as good as other similar twists
