Buy it if your a die hard phiefer fan Advantages: Seeing Michelle Phiefer at her best Disadvantages: Seeinh Jack Nicholson not at his best Ok, first things first, this IS a decent film. I am not going to bore you with the plot as other reviews do this. What I will say is that the two leading characters have mesmerising chemistry, and you will enjoy it if you are fans of them both. If you don't particulary rate them the I would advise against buying this as there are planty more films to see the two leading roles shine in. littlt shop of horrors Advantages: a good fiolm for the whole family. Disadvantages: its abit old nowadays Delightful film version of the Off Broadway triumph based on the Roger Corman black comedy, carried off beautifully here by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken's memorable tunes. The plot of the film is A nerdish florist finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed.The plant seems to have a craving for blood and soon begins to sing for his supper (the voice of Levi Stubbs). a great family film Advantages: funny and a must-see Disadvantages: may not be suitable for younger children ...and although I do enjoy the Rick Moranis remake, I do adore this version. Steve Martin is brilliant in the newer one, but Jack Nicholson rivals him for comedy performance in the original. Behind the comedic plot of a giant-talking-man-eating plant that needs more meat as it grows bigger and bigger, the story is rather sad, as poor Seymour tries his best to satisy Audrey ll (the plant) and the girl of his dreams Audrey.
