jeepers creepers2, equally scary or a sequal flop?

Advantages: the change of charactors makes the storyline different
Disadvantages: the film is simply not scary and stretches in places

Jeepers Creepers the first film was for many people, including myself a really good genuinly scary film, which was very different from other recent films which have failed to intrest most film goers.
