Buffy the Vampire Slayer really found its feet in season two. It progressed from being a monster of the week show, to a show with a serious storyline, character and plot arcs. ...out of her shell, and Buffy grows up a lot as she deals with the hand life has dealt her. There are some wonderful new characters in this season, amongst them the infamous Spike. ...pain of watching him torment Buffy and watch her adjust to losing her love. Single characters stand out, such as Drusilla, expertly played by Juliet Landau - she is haunting, evil, seductive and yet so very very frighteningly psychopathic, its very very well done. This series see's a few characters come and go, including Kendra, who is a pleasant opposite to Buffy, but still they are both Slayers. ...to say my confusion over Inferno was down to my ill-understanding of the movie but this is not the case, and sadly one I see raised in a number of reviews online.
