Saw Trilogy Review

Advantages: Great price, 3 great movies, Gore fans will love it!
Disadvantages: None- I loved it.

...these are must see movies. Saw trilogy remarkably reworks the horror genre by adding a plot that is genuinely unique and keeps you guessing until the very end. There is no holding back when it comes to scene sheer violence and terror on screen as wrong doers are tortured. The strange part is that the killer in the movies does not think he is a killer, he believes that he is helping the victims. The people he tortures have all done something wrong ...
...to play a terrifying game to realise there errors and live better lives. The trap/death scenes are unique in each movie and will live you hiding behind your sofa. It's a must watch to see these scenes alone. A great addition for any gore fan. "Do you want to play a game?" ...

Review of Saw Trilogy (Box Set) (DVD)

Where it All Began

Advantages: Great series, funny and thrilling.
Disadvantages: Some of the effects are a little outdated.

Review of Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Series 1 - Complete (DVD)

Ring trilogy-brilliant!

Advantages: Very scary! Well directed and executed
Disadvantages: Can seem a bit slow

These are some of the scariest films I have ever seen! I have seen the original Japanese versions and thought that these American remakes were amazing films in their own right. Deaths are occuring 7 days after watching a certain video but you never really see anyone get killed so the suspense and mystery are high which makes the films scarier. It plays on your imagination and builds up suspense very well for an american horror film. Some could say ...
...that this builds up the suspense even more and makes it much scarier! I think these films are well directed and executed and would reccommend anyone who hasnt seen them to buy this box set. Even though it is rated a 15, viewers older than this will be scared! ...

Review of Ring Trilogy (DVD)

Becoming Buffy

Advantages: Great characters, an excellent story arc, fantastic season finale
Disadvantages: A couple of bad episodes

Buffy the Vampire Slayer really found its feet in season two. It progressed from being a monster of the week show, to a show with a serious storyline, character and plot arcs. Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Season 6

Advantages: Buffy is not dead anymore
Disadvantages: Buffy is lees funny and cheerfull.. which i guess death does to a person.
