...as we are both huge Stephen King fans. I purchased the DVD off the internet last night and watched it this morning. The plot consists of a student called Jonathan Jackson setting out on a journey to visit his dying mother in hospital.While watching the film you're never quite sure what is real and what is reality as the character keeps recreating his visions throughout the film.The plot seems fairly empty as not a lot happens but it still manages ... ...of the film would be the speech at the end as touches on many Philosophical points and is bound to bring a tear to your eye. ...to say, when I saw the advert for this film I thought it was going to be a quite scary psychological horror film. I took it out from the library along with Final Destination 3 and watched them a few days after we took them out. I have to say that it's a good thing that my mum and I watched FD3 first because this film was so disappointing.
There really isn't much of a storyline to this film. I know it is based on a true story so they have to keep ... ...Liv Tyler's character didn't except the offer to get engaged. Why? It never shows you what happened so you don't know. It doesn't explain why the killers come to their house or anything, there just isn't any story. It's just boring.
