Battle of the Vampires - 1992 vs 1931!

Advantages: Great cast, lavish sets, amazing special effects
Disadvantages: Dodgy accents, unconvincing characters, too much blood and gore and sex!

Advantages: good plot, talented actors
Disadvantages: some parts get a little scary

Scary Movie: Funniest spoof movie out there.

Advantages: Very funny
Disadvantages: Bit crude at parts and some parts may drag on abit.

...have a laugh. The chosen scary movies they used were classics such as the 'exorcist' and most people well have seen or at least know about them. The storyline isn't great but as i said it is not a movie to be taken seriously at all. Unfortunatly you defiantly cannot go back and watch the scary movies, involved in the parody, and take them seriously. A suprisingly good horror/action flick

Advantages: great aestheitic, good action scenes, good music
Disadvantages: unremarkable performances, formulaic plot

Why are horror sequels/prequels dissapointing?

Advantages: If you like a little bit of gore than this is for you!
Disadvantages: Not Gorey enough! The 2nd & 3rd film were not as strong as the 1st!
