I got this DVD with the other 2 as a box set for my birthday. I had never seen this film before but after watching it i had to watch it again it was so good. Bram Stoker would have been amazed if he knew that the stories his mother told him while he was sick in bed, would grow into one of the biggest myths and moneyspinners of the 20th century. Coppola's film is a gothic, sumptuous and rather overblown version of the novel. ...you would expect from a final destination film seem to pull this off. There were cringe-worthy moments such as the suspicous wind that seemed to blow out the candles in the memorial display the the school. If im honest she could have just farted silently.
