Product:- DVD pack of Home Alone/Home Alone 2/ Home Alone 3/ Home alone 4

Director:- Chris Columbus (Home alone/ Home Alone 2), Raja Gosnell (Home alone 3), Rod Daniel (Home Alone 4)

Lead Cast:- Macaulay Culkin (Home alone/ Home Alone 2), Alex D. Linz (Home alone 3).

Genre:- Comedy

Synopsis of the Movies

Home Alone:- This is a really comic movies. When first time i came to see it, i was having aching face and stomach at the end. The film is set in Christmas Time and the McAllister family is preparing for a vacation in Paris, France. As they are preparing, the youngest in the family named Kevin got into a trouble and fight with his older brother Buzz and was sent by his mom to his third floor lonely room. The next morning, when the family were in a rush to make it to the airport on time, they completely forgot Kevin who now has the house all to himself. Now a young Boy Kevin was all alone and having fun initially, he orders a pizza all for himself, jumping on his parents' bed and making a mess. Then, Kevin discovers about 2 burglars, Harry and Marv about to rob his house on Christmas eve, while they mesmerizing their plan. Kevin first gets afraid about it but than he get himself up and acts quickly by wiring his own house with makeshift booby traps to stop the burglars and to bring them to justice. By doing all this he uses his own little ways of tackling the burglars, which makes the film that much comic. The smashing of the burglars into their face. their screaming and Bleak faces makes the viewer laughing and laughing and laughing.

Home Alone 2 - Lost in New York:- With the same cast the director once again tried to bring forward the plot of the kid trying to bring the burglars, his old enemies to the justice and also teach them a lesson that i thinks was not taught correctly. The way he bangs them into the glass panes, the hammers are thrown onto their head, their hairs burnt is all that more comic. Kevin McAllister and his family are planning to go to Miami during the Christmas holiday. At airport, Kevin becomes separated from his family and mistakenly boards the airplane to New York City. Kevin manages to get to the Plaza Hotel. Then Kevin by using his father's credit card and his own interest ways he gets himself a luxury suite at the plaza hotel, then he enjoys all its luxuries and have fun with greedy staff members and teach them a lesson. While in New York, Kevin befriends a friendly toy store owner, and Kevin also befriends a homeless Pigeon Woman. Wandering in New York city he runs into his old enemies Harry and Marv, who have escaped from prison. When Kevin discovers that Harry and Marv plan to rob toy store on Christmas Eve, Kevin makes plans to stop them. Kevin's mother Kate, upon realizing that she and the family have become separated from Kevin, frantically tries to find Kevin. The way Kevin once again Beats his old Enemies Marv and harry makes the plot that much more interesting, comic and much more interesting than the earlier Plot.

Home Alone 3:- The new director and new cast but the same old laughter filed comic plot. Alex the child character in the movie has made his appearance felt with his own spoil ways and his things. Movie starts with some industrial spies with their high technology, steal a top-secret microchip, and, to get away with this they hide it in a remote-control toy car at the airport to get through the customs barrier. Through a baggage mix-up at the airport, grumpy old Mrs.Hess gets the toy and gives it to her neighbor, 8-year-old Alex. Spies want to get the toy back before their clients get angry and decide to burglarize every house at Alex's street to find the chip. The next day, Alex, who is home sick from school, spots the crooks in one of the neighbors' houses, so he calls the police to report the burglary. By the time the police get there, the crooks are gone, and no tracks that anyone broke into the house are left. Therefore, Alex is accused of turning in a false police report. Same happens again the next day, so the chief comes to speak to Alex about how serious it is to call the police. The next day, the burglars are spotted again, but this time Alex decides to attach the camcorder to the top of the toy car, and attempt to get footage of the burglars in action. After a fight with the burglars to gain the toy car, Alex sees that they took the tape, and he finds the chip hidden inside the car. He then reports the chip to the local Air Force recruiting office, who informs the FBI. Now how Alex fights the burglars is all that fun.

Home Alone 4 - Taking Back the House:- This try made by another Director with fresh cast has not come upto my expectations atleast. The plot is weak, The screen play of characters is weak. It is felt that the director has not used his resources well in trying to copy the earlier plot with new situation in hand. This time story starts as follows, Kevin McCallister's parents have split up. Now living with his mom, Kevin McCallister was invited to his Dad's girlfriend's mansion. Kevin accepts the invitation, and has fun until he finds out that his nemesis, Marv, and his wife, Vera, are planning to kidnap the crowned prince, a visitor of the mansion and his father's guest. He floods the bathroom while Marv and Vera were in it. Kevin gets framed for the mess when his Dad came back to the mansion. When Marv and Vera came back on the next day, Kevin smashed their plans by sending them out the window. Natalie, (Dad's girlfriend,) sees the broken window, and frames Kevin again. On the next day, it was revealed that Molly, Natalie's maid, was Marv's accomplice. The police came and took them. Kevin's dad and Natalie saw it, and finally believed Kevin about the burglars

Verdict:- I really liked the first three movies of Home alone. But the last version part 4 is not so good. But spending money on this pack for owning splendid movies is not bad but a absolute fantastic. Theses are great movies.
