Hollyoaks dance workout - shape up and feel good This DVD is all danced based with Sarah, Ali and Jodi (Becky, Debbie, and Mandy) from Hollyoaks. It comes in there sections- The warm up The dance work out The cool down As you would imagine the warm up starts slow getting your muscles ready for the main work out, you will stretch and tone your body gradually getting faster until you ready for the dance work out, this is lots of jogging and faster mover. Some great squats to get that bum toned and some great arm movements too. Then the cool down again is stretching and toning and breathing just right to get your body back to normal. The cardiovascular workout will help you tone and condition your body in an easy and fun way, or so it says on the back of the DVD. it will leave you panting for breath when you finnished. it is a good work out for toning any flabby bits you want to get rid of. It's only about an hours workout so it is easy to fit in to your normal routine.
