IronMaidenIronMaiden is a British heavy metal band from east London. Formed in 1975, they have sold over 100 million records worldwide. They have released fourteen studio albums and nine live albums. They are either loved or hated by most metal fans. At the moment they are currently doing a world tour and have released a DVD for their album "Live after Death"
World's greatest albums
This DVD is from the "World's greatest albums" series. It is based on IronMaiden's self titled album, which was released in 1981. It has information from respected music critics, former IronMaiden members and band insiders. It has footage from gigs and TV studios. It also provides an analysis of the album. We also see from Dennis Stratton and Tony Moore.

After spending hours going through the videos i can honestly say im still as big a fan of the band as i have always been if not more so, and although they've not really changed in looks (unless you count when Bruce looked remarkably like a young neil morrisey from men behaving badly in the 'Holy Smoke' video) there music has always been consistently amazing and is getting better and more well know through the years.
So if you want to listen to more good, meaningful, and moving music with a heavy beat and great voices then IronMaiden should be at the top of your list....they are so much better than the groups appearing on the scene now that basically do nothing but scream and swear throughout their 'so called' songs.
There are also some hidden videos featured on this dvd set too.
On Disc 1, play "The Trooper" 3 times. At the end ...

Rock In Rio
Rock In Rio Festival was preformed in front of a sell out crowd of about 250,000 people on the 19th January 2001. It was the last gig Maiden done on their tour of their album Brave New World, and was undoubtedly the biggest. This is their first album since the return of Bruce Dickinson after he left following the 'Fear Of The Dark' album to embark on his solo career. The show was shot using over 18 cameras and edited by IronMaiden own Steve Harris shows the real best of Maiden. This DVD comes with 2 discs, the first being the actual live concert and the second being special features.
