DVD Description
One of TV's longest-running crime dramas (only LAW AND ORDER would surpass its record-setting 12-year run), the 1970s television series HAWAII FIVE-O captivated audiences with its smart and stylish take on the standard policier formula. Filmed entirely on the Hawaiian archipelago, the action-packed series followed the crime-fighting adventures of an elite state-police squad anchored by quintessential tough guy Steve McGarrett (Jack Lord) and his detective team of Danny 'Danno' Williams (James MacArthur), Chin Ho Kelly (Kam Fong), and Kono Kalakaua (Zulu). Almost singlehandedly rewriting the book on police dramas, the series distinguished itself with intricate plotting, inventive cinematography, exotically beautiful locations, and, of course, an indelible theme song and timeless catchphrase ('book 'em, Danno!'). The iconic show's fourth series is presented here in its entirety.
Advantages: Entertaining, fantastic drama Disadvantages: Only has 9 episodes

Why I brought the DVD

I have always been a huge fan of Footballers Wives since it first debuted on ITV back in 2002. I love watching the episodes again and again, they are just so easy to watch again and again. I watched the repeats when Footballers Wives was brought by Five and replayed on Five Life, and have all the DVDseries to watch again and again.

Advantages: Cartoon entertainment for kids Disadvantages: not as funny as the original, bad graphics, poor comedy
...into the most hilarious of misadventures.
He rarely speaks and mumbles all the time. Mr Bean the original used used body language as apposed to words, to deliver the major portion of his dialog. He also brought out a full length film in 1997 entitled ''Bean The Ultimate Disater Movie'', so having mastered both the big and small screen how else could they 'milk' Rowan's genius character... Well animation of course. What other way to perfectly destroy what was done and dusted in the 90's. I personally think the film was good but in parts was pushing the unique Mr Bean character.
