Appently you should watch silence of the lambs before hannibal. I've never seen silence of the lambs but this film was still wicked. I was first a bit frigtened by the background music and suspence but it is meant to be a horror film.
I was expecting to see more violence, blood etc but anthony hopkins scares the viewer with his look and sound. Hannibal is a strange but educated character who in some cases is rather funny. He sure does know how to kill and cut people. The part where he cuts an FBI agents head of is both sick and funny. The sickest bit of the film is seeing the bloke who hannibal cut up in silence of the lambs.
The film is set in some really nice locations such as rome and in two lovely mansions. The female FBI agent who some what helps hannibal in teh film is extremely nice to look at to. She is extremely attractive with a lovely figure.
The film is dark, romantic, evil, sick and scary. I thought that the film needed a few more frigtening moments but i'm sure these moments we all want to see will be in the next film.
