If you like scary films then you would love this one. Michael Myers killed his sister and her boyfriend in their home on Halloween. He was put in a mental hospital. After 25 years Michael returns to his hometown. Jamie Lee Curtis stars as Laurie Strode, a babysitter, who happens to be babysitting opposite a house that her friend is also babysitting in. Her friend rings over to see if she can leave the kids over with Laurie because she has to go out and pick up her boyfriend. Unfortunately her friend doesnt make it out to pick up her boyfriend as Michael as already got to her. He then makes his way across to where Laurie is babysitting, where she will have to fight to save her and the children she is babysitting. This film will have you on the edge of your seat all the way through. It is definately one of the best slasher films of all time. At the end of this film it leaves you wondering if Michael is really dead or alive. You will have to get Halloween 2 to find out........

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good? If you add to this, or if you change it to be posted as a "Film Only" review, please let me know and I'll re-rate.

You need to write more information in order to achieve higher rating. You should add in a simple plot line without giving the ending away and your personal views on it. What worked and why? What was the downfall and why? Let me know if you are going to rewrite this and all the best - Kupo X
Advantages: Score, FX, Acting, Not A Straight-forward Re-Make... Disadvantages: Acting, Repetitive Obscenities, It Will Always Remain Inferior To The Original...
