Well I watched the first one yesterday and the sequel today. As with most sequels the original was slightly better. The first is very much like Halloween, this is more like Urban legend, I know what you did last summer. Which isn't bad it's ok. If you are a horror fan you will enjoy this but I would say the first one is more gory, scary and sexier than this. If the first was a 15 ( very surprised about that!) then this should be a 12 rather than a 15. Also the story doesn't really continue, so you don't need to have seen the first in order to see this.Quite why the UK distributors for this flick decided to call it Halloween Camp 2 is a mystery for several reasons. The first is that the 'original' Halloween Camp was actually the sequel to Scream Bloody Murder, which was originally titled simply Bloody Murder, and HC1 was called Bloody Murder 2: Closing Camp. This film actually began life as Adam & Evil and is totally unrelated to the Bloody Murder films.
The film itself treads a well-worn stalk n' slash path with several teens going camping to celebrate their graduation. One of them is a psychotic killer. As the lead guy is called Adam, we can pretty accurately deduce that the killer is one of the girls, coincidentally named Eve, Yvette and Yvonne. The rest of the film is as contrived as this, with numbskulls wandering about in the woods and opening doors they really shouldn't. It's only plus is that it's compratively well made (...if you've seen the likes of Blood Reaper and Camp Blood) but credibility, coherence and realism have no place here!

I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD features. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good?
