I bought this dvd about 3 months ago on Ebay.
After loving his hit series 'PHOENIX NIGHTS',and watching 'Live at the Bolton Albert Halls',about two years previously I knew he was a class act,with a unique comedy style of his own.
It wasnt up until just randomly coming across it on Ebay that I was reminded what a great and hilarious talent he is.
I payed only 0.99p for the dvd,which had been used previously,but had come in great condition.
Only yesterday,I saw it in HMV for 6 pounds,which is great value for such a great installment of laughs.
The DVD is called 'Peter Kay,Live at the Bolton Albert Halls,as part of his 'Mum wants a Bungalow Tour'.

I got given this dvd for Christmas around 6 years ago. I recently found it in my dvd collection so I thought I would watch it again.
Rock?n?Roll High School is a comedy/musical and is set in 1980 in a school in America. The main story is based around one of the pupils, Riff Randell. She is a very big rock?n?roll fan, especially music by The Ramones. Riff tries to bring music to the school and pupils by taking over the schools speaker system and playing Ramones music through it, and also by changing the music tapes in her gym class.
The new head teacher of the school is convinced that rock?n?roll music is bad for the pupils and that it rots their brains. The bouncing souls are a punk band from new jersey and are well known for their catchy melodies and very upbeat rhythms.
Thy were formed in 1987 and are one of a few punk success stories to ever come out of new jersey.
They are quite well known in the punk scene however don’t really get any radio play over here apart from some punk shows like the lock up on radio one I once heard them on.
Some of their songs have been features in video games such as Tony Hawks pro skaters games.
This DVD from them is great, I must admit that there not the best band live, however the atmosphere they give out is great and there a band I would love to go and see live in person.
However they mainly tour USA and only rarely come to the UK so next time they do I think ill try to get tickets to see them.
