This series follows five first-year interns and their supervising doctors at Seattle Grace Hospital as they train to become the doctors and surgeons themselves. The series can be best describerd as House with humour and hormones!!

The doctors struggle with romance and newfound friendships while trying to compete to get the best surgeries. The friendships are further strengthened when the main characters elect to work and live together.

The programming is complemented with Meredith's simple voice-overs. The episodes have the usual mix of exotic and unusual illnesses and diseases to confound and confuddle the young doctors such as the patient with the 70-pound tumor. But the mix of new relationships and friendship helps to leave a warm fuzzy fealing no matter how many people die on the operating table.

At the end of the day when is said and done this is a great show, the plots are not overly complicated so it is easy to follow but totally absorbing all at the same time this is definitely one to watch.

A Few additional facts that might make you go "hey thats interesting" or "well i didnt know that" which you can recant to your friends when you have bought the DVD!!:-

1. All Season 1 & Season 2 episode titles (except for "The Self Destruct Button" in Season 1)are song titles.

2. The show's title is a reference to the famous anatomy book "Gray's Anatomy of the Human Body" by Henry Gray.

3. The show was originally supposed to be called "Complications".

4. In order to keep the plot and storylines secret the main characters' names are changed between the auditions and show.
