Advantages: Hilarious comedy, good viewing Disadvantages: only 3 episodes, expensive to buy whole set individually
...Another installement to my DVD collection - the epic and classic comedy hero - Mr Bean. I love Rowan Atkinson, especially in Black Adder and also in the classic Mr Bean episodes. Despite my mood before hand, after watching Mr Bean I always feel much better, he always manages to intrigue my imagination with his biazarre mannerisms and abilty to turn the most straight forward of tasks into complete disaters!
Having not being able to buy the whollebox set I have had to purchase and review each DVD volume one by one.
This DVD contains 3 episodes, each with 3 or 4 sketches in them. All of whihc are brilliant and this DVD includes one of my favourites - the one where he goes to the swimming pool and clings to the diving board. The three episodes are entitled: Episode 1. 'The Curse Of Mr Bean', Episode 2. 'Mr Bean Goes To Town...

Advantages: Amazing music, sharp script Disadvantages: Last third drags on a bit
...Kill Bill Vol. 2 is the concluding installment of the Kill Bill saga. In this one the Bride (Uma Thurman) continues her vengeance against her ex-boss, Bill, and the two remaining members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad; his younger brother Budd, and Bill's latest flame Elle.

His music is masterful, the lone trumpets in his compositions invoking a sense of isolation and the wild west, which is exactly the tone this film needs.
The acting is good again, helped by a sharp script. The action scenes are fewer and far between than the first one but equally as impressive. Again during the fight scenes...

Advantages: The style, the music, the actors Disadvantages: The story, some of the acting
...select to have subtitles in English or in English for the hearing impaired.
- Scene Selection - no surprises here
- Bonus Features
The Making of Kill Bill Vol2
CHINGON performance from the Kill Bill Vol. 2 Premiere
Damoe Deleted Scene
None of these are very exciting, I have never really watched or enjoyed the "bonus" features added to DVDs.
The DVD is available from play.com for £4.99 or HMV for £4.99
If you enjoyed Kill Bill Volume 1 this is something you must watch, or if you liked Pulp Fiction watch the Kill Bills.
Throughout the film there is bad language and scenes of violence. I didn't find these aspects of the film too offensive but for the easily upset I would not advise watching this film.
The story within Kill Bill, especially volume 2, is very easy to follow. Even if you haven't seen the prequel and you will still...
