Well, what can I say? Got the LP, Got the Video, Got the CD...now get the DVD. This is a all time great feel good, love is a many splendoured thing film. Boy meets girl, girl supposed to go back home but stays. Boy and girl meet again, but he acts cocky, boy and girl get together again & they all live happily ever after. Cars, dance contests,great one liners ("I feel like a defective typewriter"), nice singalongy songs,50's americana at it's best!
I cannot recommend this enough. To anyone over 30 it will remind you of going to see it at the Pictures. Any younger than that and it will just make you feel good all over!
Great for a Sunday afternoon on the couch in your PJ's with a big bowl of popcorn and a glass of wine. Bliss!!

This is one of my all time favourite films. To get higher ratings you need to add more about the story, characters, acting, music and DVD extras, etc. Enjoy Ciao!
