Review on a DIDO LIVE AT BRIXTON ACADEMY DVD

Advantages: I highly recomend it for fans.
Disadvantages: And not so recomind for people who doesn't have a DVD player.

And not so recommend for people who doesn't has a DVD player. Well, it's another great single from Dido. It's two CDs - DVD and CD AUDIO. Songs are taken from her last two albums "No Angel" and "Life for Rent", but the best thing - it's live show! Video quality is perfect! Why did I meant, that it's not so recommended for people who doesn't has DVD player? Well because, I've got that problem, and You too would be disappointed, well actually it doesn't matters how much your computer is powerful, and your DVD drive isn't good enough for it, this is "DVD-9 (Dual Layer) that has double memory, and the view would be really slow, sound would be crunchy, so it would be only the one reason, there's no more except for the price, it's pricy, but it's worthier that the money. The Dido's voice is great, band great too, everything sounded perfect ...

Brixton Academy Rocks

Advantages: Fantastic intimate venue
Disadvantages: Queues and ticket touts

Info The academy has been awarded the NME best live venue award every year since 1995 and Live magazine Best UK venue 2000 - 2002 !!! And once you have been you can really see why they have these awards. Brixton Academy holds 4700 at full capacity. The website gives you plenty of information on how and where to buy tickets - if your too late try ebay !!! Most of the tickets seem to be priced around £15 - 20 which is a blinding price. Funky fact The most expensive pair of tickets for the Brixton Academy were sold on ebay for a Madonna show in 2000 went for an amazing £2204 !!!!!!! The Poison Live at brixton by Bullet For My Valentine

Advantages: Amazing Live DVD
Disadvantages: None really

Bullet For My Valentine: Live at Brixton I recently purchased this off amazon for roughly £7 and I have to say i am thouroughly impressed. Bullet performed their whole album The poison to the best standards they could...and live. The crowd was amazing for them and sang along all the way through.
