This DVD is made up of two videos that were first release back in the 90’s and put together into one product. The two videos contained on this DVD are:

This part of the DVD lasts about 45 minutes and has David Carradine showing a routine for you to follow along to with several other people in the background.
The routine starts off with stretching and a warm-up. These are just a few basic things to help loosen up your body and muscles.

Why I brought the DVD

Most people have heard of Natalie Cassidy who until fairly recently had a major role in British soap Eastenders, playing dowdy Sonia Jackson. It's well known that she didn't have the best of bodies and since leaving Eastenders has appeared in a number of celebrity magazines showing off her fabulous new figure. Celebrity WorkoutDVD's have never appealed to me, they have always been airbrushed or don't eat to look like that and have never made me want to buy one, but Natalie Cassidy's weight loss was amazing, she has done so well and seeing pictures of her in magazines showed how well she was looking without being over the top, I thought this was one DVD that might actually be worth purchasing, if the workout could do what it did for her then it would do wonders for me...

Advantages: good fun, dance routines make the sessions fly by! Disadvantages: lots of stomach crunches towards the end ;-/
...I was tempted to turn this DVD off and throw it in the trash after watching just the introductionto this workout, yet my opinion was soon to change after getting over the initial annoyance of the backing music and the fact that I could never, EVER be as toned and beautiful as the dancers showing me the moves! This DVD provides an excellent workout, with the steps explained to you well, even if some of them take a little practice! I now use this routine as part of my daily work out and have lost a significant amount of weight, as well as toning up a lot since beginning the workout a few months ago, it really does work- and you can feel the evidence of that after even one session! There is an excellent variety of slow, and fast paced routines and the warm down section in particular- although slightly grueling if you are not a fan...
