I borrowed this DVD from a friend a short time ago as I was on a mission to tone up. I dont like normal aerobics workouts and seeing this is more of a boxercise I thought it was a good idea.
I watched the workout through first before attempting it and was surprised about how simple it looked. HOW WRONG WAS I???????????
Doing the workout later I could feel my muscles being worked. They ached and argued but I managed to complete the 10 minute workout.
The DVD has 3 workouts. The 10, 20 and 30 minute sets. They are suitable for any shape and level of fitness and are quite simple to learn although very hard work.
The dvd also has an introduction to explain the workouts.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to start exercising or do something a little different although I would say that if you dont want to do cardiovascular exercise to go for something like pilates or yoga.
