I have tried a number of workout dvd's in the past and this is the best one I have used so far.
Get Fit Quick with Jennifer James who starred as Geena in Coronation Street is broken down into 3 workouts:
The 10 minute workout - which includes leg, bottom and toning exercises and is what I would recommend starting off with if you are like I was and need to build your fitness slowly.
The 20 minute workout - This is a aerobic dance workout which also includes floor work and body toning exercises. Once you start finding the 10 minute workout bearable this is quite a step up and will really begin to make you sweat lol
The 30 minute workout - This is aerobic dance combined with boxing movements, with more floor work and this workout really is the icing on the cake in your quest for fitness, I found it exhausting to begin with but if you keep the hard work up its really worth it.
Also included on the DVD is workout tips and tips on stretching and warming up properly.
If your looking to buy a good workout dvd I highly recomment Get Fit Quick!

Advantages: Great workout that is quite fun Disadvantages: hard work and tiring
I borrowed this DVD from a friend a short time ago as I was on a mission to tone up. I dont like normal aerobics workouts and seeing this is more of a boxercise I thought it was a good idea. I watched the workout through first before attempting it and was surprised about how simple it looked. HOW WRONG WAS I???????????
Doing the workout later I could feel my muscles being worked. They ached and argued but I managed to complete the 10 minute workout. ... ...and 30 minute sets. They are suitable for any shape and level of fitness and are quite simple to learn although very hard work. The dvd also has an introduction to explain the workouts. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to start exercising or do something a little different although I would say that if you dont want to do cardiovascular exercise to go for something like pilates or yoga. ...
