this film is about an hour long and gives great knowledge of tricks including bunyhops, grinds and ramp tricks goin from beginer to an intermediate standard. well all i can really say is this film is well worth 15 pound, and you will want to watch it over and over again.. i watched this film about 7 times so far and iv'e only had it for a couple of weaks, iv'e also learnt so many tricks from it its unbelievable. the depth and explanation that the riders go in to gives you confidence and ease to go out and try the tricks.

...lied the sound track. One disadvantage was the drug taking was greatly downplayed. Excessive drug taken was what made Thompson who he was and they moderated it far too much
I recommend this film to anyone who has read Thompson's work. Otherwise it's a bit confusing ad abit of an all over the place film (which isperfect considering Thompson's all over the place life style). I as a fan felt it was well worth my money (£7) and thoroughly enjoyed the film. There is also an amazin actor in the film who looks just like Richard Nixon.

...and alignment. The movements are very precise to ensure that the body is working correctly. It focuses on relaxing the mind at the same time as working the body. It is a slow form of exercise which some people find boring. You need to apply yourself, focus and concentrate on doing each movement well. Done correctly it will condition the muscles, tone and strengthen. I used to enjoy the classes at the gym but I would enjoy some more than others depending on the instructor. Some I felt that I could be working much harder, others I felt were at my level, this is why I chose the intermediate version of Pilates TV DVD.
I am not super fit but I enjoy maintaining a moderate fitness level by exercising afew times a week. When I first started pliates it took me afew sessions to really appreciate it, I must admit I did find it boring initially. I...
