It tells a story in pararel world of earth. In this world, there are alchemist. Alchemist is person who can make something from something else without doing the production things. They just need to draw a diagram and put the material above it and suddenly it become thing you wanted. For example you want to make a coffee, just make a diagram and put hot water, coffe and a glass, then just say the abrakadabra, and there's your coffee!! Done without anything need to do!! Hehehe, just kidding. Here the real example, if you break your cellphone and you need it to be back as a new cellphone, just draw a diagram and put the shattered cellphone, do the magic words, and there there your new cellphone is ready to use again. Simple isn't it?! You don't need to buy a new cellphone just becoz you accidentally break your cellphone.
But what about a dead people. What if you mother died, and you want to make your mom alive for once again? It just need the material that make a man right? Water, hair, and other. Draw diagram and said the magic word and your mom back to life!! Easy?? But that's break the alchemist rule, one of the sacred rule!! And that's what Elric brother did..!! They want to make their mom back to life, but that is not their mom that back to life!! And for exchange, Edward Elric lose his right arm and feet, and his little brother lose all of his body, there's only soul remaining. Scary isn't it?!
And that just the beginning of the story!! The whole story is more more more interesting while you discover the world of Alchemist..!!
This is absolutely the best anime ever for me!! Just watched it and you'll know why i said this. (^_^)
