Advantages: Who would have though alcohol makes you stronger????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disadvantages: Fight scenes too fast.........could even be an advantage???????!!!!!!!
...Drunken master....where do I start. This movie has everything from realistic and innovative fight scenes, to comedy at its finest. The thing which struck me the most about this movie was that there was an absolutely perfect balance between comedy and martial arts action.
Plot summary: "Jackie Chan plays a young man who's more interested in carousing and causing trouble than he is in learning martial arts. His father tries, unsuccessfully, to punish him and as a last resort calls in the movie's title character, the drunken master Su."
Jackie Chan the greatest martial artist to emerge from China, has taken a fairly simple yet innovative plot and transformed it into one of the greatest martial arts movie ever!
Even those select few who dislike Jackie Chan.....will love this movie....

Advantages: Fast paced action Disadvantages: subtitled or dubbed
...Ong bak, starring martial art, and gymastics genius Tony Jaa, is a must see for all martial art lovers. Although subtitled, (i dislike watching it dubbed) its a very good film, and the story is easy to follow. Tony jaa's character is a villager who has spent his life training in the arts of Muay thai, A thai martial art/ sport. His village believe that the condition of their statue Ong Bak bears resemblence to the wellbeing of the village.
Basically all you need to know is, the bad guys who become annoyed at the village somehow, steals the head of the statue, and Tony jaa is sent to reclaim it swiftly kicking anyone who gets in the way in the face. (which he does quite a lot.
The main aspect of the film is the fact that there are no stunt actors, and no strings or CGI everything you see Tony or others do. Its quite amazing to see...

Advantages: Humour and action......!!!!!!!! Disadvantages: Storyline slightly simple.....
....
Plot summary: Lung (Jackie Chan) is a lovable orphan who lives with his elder brother in a dojo. His elder brother Lo (Wei Pak) is the dojo master's best pupil. However Lo deceives everyone and pretends to be injured and dances for a rival school in an annual 'dragon dance' (truly entertaining scene).
Following this incident his master goes to confront Lo and finds Lo with a prostitute. Lo is expelled from the martial arts school and Lung decides to seek Lo and compensate for his wrongdoing. However, along the way Lo meets bad company and aids them ,with his martial arts, in breaking free a convict named Kam (Whang In-Sik).
To avoid monotony i will stop now...so you can place your order on an unmissable adventure....
